Kathryn Howe is a Senior Advisor to Retail Industry clients in Cisco’s Customer Value Acceleration/Business Transformation organization. In this role, she works closely with retailers to help them understand how advanced technologies enable them to meet their business priorities. Her special expertise in utilizing shopper behavior analytics is helping these companies create differentiation through brand engagement and experience.

Kathryn has 20+ years’ experience bringing advanced technology solutions to the retail industry.  Prior to joining Cisco, she served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Silicon Valley-based retail analytics technology company, where she worked with retailers and CPG companies on in-store analytics to create better shopper experiences, improve conversion, and measure shopper marketing effectiveness through each step of the shopper journey.

Serving in senior positions with top technology companies including IBM and NEC, Kathryn has spent her career helping retailers utilize technology to improve performance in store operations, merchandising, supply chain, category and customer experience. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (Go Bears!) and holds certificates from the Harvard Executive Development program and the Santa Clara Retail Masters Institute.
